Why this investor says the Fed doesn't need to cut rates

The incentive for the Federal Reserve to cut rates came out of "nowhere" and the momentum gathered "without any real rationale," says Peter Andersen of Andersen Capital Management. He says the economy is doing "just fine," and a cut would be giving in to political tensions rather than economic ones.
