Uber shares were lower Friday morning after the company reported a loss of $5.2 billion in the second quarter, compared to last years loss of $878 million. Steve Jang, founder at Kindred Ventures and an early Uber investor, and Justin Patterson, analyst at Raymond James who raised his price target overnight from $50 to $54, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
