Accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was found dead by apparent suicide in his Manhattan jail cell on August 10, 2019. The disgraced financier was facing federal charges of sexually assaulting, exploiting and trafficking dozens of girls, some as young as 14 years old. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
