Positive econ data triggered 'sea change' in the stocks working on Wall Street, Jim Cramer says

I know lots of people are worried about the tariffs leading to higher prices at retail, but look at the action in WATCH—Walmart, Amazon, Target, Costco and Home Depot. Aside from Amazon, all these stocks are within spitting distance of new highs.
