Uber investor weighs in on the California gig economy law

California's state senate has passed a bill that would reclassify gig economy workers as employees rather than contractors. If signed into law, it would be a direct shot at the companies whose business models rely on the sharing economy, companies such as Uber, Lyft and GrubHub. Uber investor Bradley Tusk, founder and CEO of Tusk Ventures, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss the bill and how he is advising some of the companies.
