Oil observers seem to have 'short-term memory loss': Strategist

John Driscoll of JTD Energy Services says it's almost like oil watchers have forgotten all the concerns that were raised in the wake of the attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities. He also says the Saudis were resilient, agile and focused on preserving market share following the attacks.
