The UK will leave the EU with a deal by end-Jan 2020: Nomura

Stuart Oakley of Nomura says, on the downside, the pound could hit 1.22 against the dollar. On the upside, it could hit 1.50, and that's "inevitable" in the first quarter of 2020.
