New highs in US markets may be due to earnings outlook: Strategist

David Dietze of Point View Wealth Management says record highs in the U.S. markets are linked to the outlook for better earnings in 2020 and are also "very much tied" to the low interest rate environment. He says there will still be tremendous interest in the markets if trade and recession concerns can be resolved.
