Trade talks won't break down over US' Hong Kong rights bill: Expert

China would want a phase one trade deal with the U.S. even if it felt "insulted" over Hong Kong, says Robert Daly of the Wilson Center's Kissinger Institute on China and the United States. He thinks America won't directly withdraw its special trading relationship with Hong Kong – unless Beijing brings armed forces into the city.
