Internal documents from the RealReal reveal holes in authentication process

A CNBC investigation revealed how not everything sold by the RealReal is authenticated by experts as the company claims. In the wake of that investigation, CNBC has obtained internal documents that reveal how easy it is for counterfeits to make it onto the site and be purchased by customers. CNBC's Andrea Day reports.
