A phase one trade deal won't be a 'silver bullet': Strategist

Even if the U.S. and China reach a watered down phase one trade deal, it won't be the "end all, be all" that reaccelerates growth, inflation and corporate earnings in 2020, says Michael Arone of State Street Global Advisors. He also says the Fed has an opportunity to potentially cut rates in the first quarter of next year.
