Mother and daughter go for the crown

In the 99 years of Miss America, there's only been 11 mothers and daughters who have both competed for the crown. Back in 1984, Vicki Plaster Kueppers was Miss Minnesota and now her daughter Kathryn Kueppers is representing the same state in next month's Miss America 2020. They share how the competition has evolved, and stayed the same, over the decades.
