Asia ex-Japan stocks could see 10% earnings growth in 2020: UBS

Adrian Zuercher of UBS Global Wealth Management says he's overweight Chinese offshore assets and stocks. He also says he's seeing more "green shoots" in Asian markets, compared to the U.S. and Europe.
