NFL owners upset over Carolina Panthers' new head coach's $60 million contract

David Tepper bought the Carolina Panthers for more than $2 billion in 2018, becoming the NFL's richest owner. He hasn't been shy about splashing the cash around, promising to build a new "world-class" practice facility for the team and just recently signed rookie head coach Matt Rhule to a $60 million contract.
