Jim Cramer says oil and gas stocks will remain beaten down without consolidation in the industry

CNBC's Jim Cramer said Tuesday that oil and gas stocks are likely to stay beaten down unless the industry sees consolidation. Even so, the "Mad Money" host said he still believes oil and gas stocks are uninvestable.
