Sri-Kumar on surprise rate cut: Powell seemed like he was reacting to Trump's tweets

The Fed's emergency rate cut on Tusday was designed to soothe investors, but it ended up spooking them. The 10-year yield dropped sharply, to an all-time low after that. Komal Sri-Kumar, president and investment strategist at Sri-Kumar Global Strategies, predicted such a move in the 10-year was coming.
