The Fed shouldn't even think of cutting rates again, economist says

Markets may be pricing in more easing from the Federal Reserve, but further rate cuts won't do a lot of good, even if there's a recession, says Chris Rupkey, managing director and chief financial economist from MUFG Union Bank. He warns that the Fed's seeming attempt to stabilize the stock markets with monetary policy could end badly.
