Coronavirus outbreak and its economic aftermath will last 'at least a year,' says Singapore minister

Singapore cannot "lock itself out of the world" nor shut down amid the global phenomena of the coronavirus outbreak, and everything that we do needs to be "sustainable and sensible for the long term", says Vivian Balakrishnan, Singapore's minister for foreign affairs.
