Sustained low oil prices will hurt both Saudi Arabia and Russia, says expert

Anything beyond a year or two of $30 a barrel for oil will be "very stressful" for both Saudi Arabia and Russia, says Tilak Doshi from the National University of Singapore's Middle East Institute.
