Why insurance isn't covering small business closures during coronavirus pandemic

The Treasury Department unveiled a plan that could offer short term relief and aid those who are getting hit hardest by the pandemic fears: small businesses. Many are being told to shut down for an unspecified period of time and are finding their insurance doesn't always cover the pandemic. Eric Dinallo, chair of the insurance regulatory group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
