Sen. Marsha Blackburn on why she voted against coronavirus relief 'phase two' package

The Senate has approved what they're calling phase two of a coronavirus relief package. The package includes free testing for the virus as well as paid emergency leave, but not everyone in the senate was on board with the relief measure. Sen.
