Brown University president outlines plan to reopen college campuses

As governors outline plans to reopen parts of their economies, colleges are figuring out ways to reopen their campuses. In a New York Times op-ed, Brown University President Christina Paxson says there's a way to do it but it won't be easy and stresses the importance of higher education to the U.S. economy. She joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
