It's too early to ease the shutdown in England: Expert

England is not ready to ease lockdowns, and Downing Street's "conditional plan" is premature until the country has more capacity for testing and contact tracing, say Dr. Bharat Pankhania of Britain's University of Exeter Medical School. Additionally he warns that more action is needed on medical PPE and border controls.
