The George Floyd protests could 'really move the needle' on race: Law professor

The more serious murder charge for the U.S. police officer involved in the death of George Floyd is unlikely to calm the protests that have erupted over the case, says Jody Armour of the University of Southern California. However he is hopeful that the movement which has mobilized around the cause could "really move the needle" on pervasive patterns of racism.
