Hong Kong's legal boundaries with China have 'blurred,' says professor

Hong Kong's legal boundaries with China have "blurred" with Beijing's proposed national security law for the city, and international observers may get the impression that the "one country, two systems" arrangement is no longer guaranteed, says Alfred M Wu, associate professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
