Value-conscious consumers will demand keen pricing as stores reopen: Wesfarmers

Customer concerns over in-store shopping helped push online sales 60% higher this calendar year, according to Wesfarmers managing director Rob Scott. As the economy works to reopen, Scott says the business is conscious of keeping costs down as he expects more customers will become focused on value.
