Russia-China ties are 'increasingly asymmetrical,' says expert

Russia wants to find its balance amid the growing U.S.-China rivalry, but has seen its relationship with Washington worsen in the past four years, says Alexander Gabuev of the Carnegie Moscow Center. He also says Moscow's relationship with China has been "very beneficial but increasingly asymmetrical."
