The U.S. is seeing a second wave of coronavirus cases as it reopens its economy, with many people contributing to the outbreak by ignoring social distancing measures or not wearing masks, says Professor William Schaffner of the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine's Division of Infectious Diseases.
