Fiscal and monetary stimulus are driving the markets: Portfolio manager

Jack Janasiewicz of Natixis Investment Managers says fiscal and monetary stimulus have been the big driving forces for markets since the March lows, overshadowing economic concerns. But despite that, he says more financial support for the unemployed is still needed.
