The Philippines' central bank still has "a lot of ammunition" to fight economic downturn, which should make a "strong rebound" after contracting by up to 3.4% this year from the coronavirus pandemic's impact, says Benjamin Diokno, governor of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
