China's infrastructure spending will compensate for lower consumer spending: DWS

Sean Taylor of DWS discusses how this year's Chinese stock market rally is different from 2015's. Instead of focusing on macro economic fundamentals, many investors are looking at companies, liquidity and changes in Chinese economy, specifically China's trillion-dollar infrastructure spending on things like cybersecurity, automation, and 5G which will generate a lot of revenue for a lot of companies.
