Former FDA chief Scott Gottlieb on New Zealand outbreak, back-to-school concerns

New Zealand officials are investigating the possibility that its first COVID-19 cases in more than three months were imported by freight. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, member of the boards of Pfizer and biotech company Illumina and former FDA commissioner, joins "Squawk Box" by phone to discuss the country's outbreak as well as concerns some educators have over returning to schools as the virus continues to spread in the United States.
