Leuthold Group's Jim Paulsen: I won't be surprised if the data looks good even if there is no second stimulus bill

Jim Paulsen, chief investment strategist at The Leuthold Group, joins Closing Bell to discuss the markets. "If you look at the data we are growing at 30 percent. If we grow at the accelerated rates we've been growing and we continue to create decent jobs every month, we'll get there. There are negatives continuing to run even bigger and bigger deficits. I guess my point is that I wouldn't be shocked if the data stays good, if the two sides won't agree until after the election," Paulsen said.
