Fmr. economic advisor Gary Cohn on his new SPAC, 'Cohn Robbins'

Gary Cohn, former national economic advisor in the Trump Administration, joins "Squawk on the Street" to discuss his new SPAC. We think there's a real opportunity in middle market companies that are being overlooked this economic cycle. We think we can bring our pool of capital to these companies and really make a great acquisition for our clients, Cohn says. We bring a unique perspective, he adds, and we're going to be actively involved, helping management to drive these companies.
