Full interview with Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly on the need for more federal aid

The Trump administration signaled Tuesday that it would support additional relief for airlines to help avoid mass layoffs and schedule cuts in the next week. Southwest Airlines Chairman and CEO Gary Kelly joins "Squawk on the Street" to discuss. We were very hopeful this would be a quick recovery but it proved not to be, he says. Until we get to a vaccine and behaviors begin to change back to normal, we should expect more of what we're seeing right now, Kelly adds.
