BMO Capital Markets' Brian Belski: Market can go up without stimulus

Brian Belski, BMO Capital Markets chief investment strategist and Liz Ann Sonders, Charles Schwab chief investment strategist, join 'Squawk on the Street' to discuss the state of the markets and what happens without a potential second stimulus. With respect to what the Fed has said, we think that they're prepared to step off again so the market, we think can continue to go up without stimulus, Belski said.
