Diane Swonk on economic outlook: We're in a bigger hole than during the Great Recession

Earlier today, St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said the U.S. economy would be able to reach a ‘full recovery’ by the end of the year, while Chicago Federal Reserve Bank President Charles Evans said more stimulus is needed.
