Sen. Pat Toomey on whether Congress will pass another stimulus bill

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Fed Chairman Jerome Powell will testify on Thursday morning in front of the Senate Banking Committee. Both men continue to push for more support from Congress to get the economy back on track. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) serves on the banking committee and is a member of the Congressional Oversight Commission, which oversees how Treasury and the Fed are managing the funds from the CARES Act. Sen. Toomey joins "Squawk Box" to discuss what he expects to hear from the testimony.
