We're seeing the most massive mobilization of resources since the second World War: UBS's Ryan

Mike Ryan, UBS Global Wealth Management, and Jack Ablin, Cresset Capital, on where the S&P will wind up at the end of this year, and head into the next. If Congress fails to deliver on stimulus, that will cause a problem for the markets, says Ryan. According to Ablin, the biggest market risk near-term is the election uncertainty. We're looking at, perhaps, lower markets between now and year end, he says.
