John Shrewsberry, Wells Fargo CFO and a CNBC Global CFO council member, joins 'Power Lunch' to discuss the bank's third quarter earnings and the state of the U.S. economy. On the consumer side, certainly there's some stimulus, and lots of banks, including Wells Fargo, have created deferral plans for cars and autos, says Shrewsberry. Most of those things have subsided and the performance has been good. But it won't be till the first half of next year that we know what charge offs will be.
