Jefferies analyst Shelia Kahyaoglu on Boeing timeline, safety and what it means for the company
Shares of Boeing are higher today after a top European safety regulator said the 737 Max was safe to fly following September test flights. The news comes well after the airplane's two fatal crashes in October of 2018 and March of 2019. The plane was grounded following the second crash. Sheila Kahyaoglu, Jefferies aerospace and defense analyst, joins 'Closing Bell' to discuss the significance, the timeline for when the aircraft could fly and if she thinks it's safe.
