Mattel CEO talks Q3 earnings beat, says demand is 'more than we expected'

"We are seeing tremendous demand for our product, more than we expected. With such surge in demand, we are now working hard to be able to fulfill it," Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz told CNBC's Jim Cramer.
