Small businesses are struggling to stay open without second stimulus bill

About 100,000 small businesses have shut down permanently since the pandemic began in mid-March. One in five restaurant owners are now saying they are unsure if they will be able to continue business without additional stimulus relief. Kate Rogers joins Shep Smith to discuss.
