Domestic actors have the most incentive to influence election outcome: expert

Joshua Tucker from NYU Social Media and Political Participation (SMaPP) lab, points out that while there is so much focus on foreign actors influencing U.S. election outcome, the ones with the most incentive are actually domestic actors themselves. He elaborates on how the 2016 Russian Interference is now a toolkit for them.
