Former senator Joe Lieberman: Trump has a right to take his case to court

Former Senator Joe Lieberman, who ran alongside Democratic nominee Al Gore in the disputed 2000 election, joins CNBC's "Squawk Box" to discuss the 2020 presidential election. "The Trump campaign has the right to take its case to court and let the judge decide," said former Senator Joe Lieberman Thursday. "I thought we had a good case in Florida in 2000.
