New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy joins "Squawk Box" to give his reaction to the news that Pfizer and BioNTech's coronavirus vaccine has a 90% effectiveness in preventing Covid-19 among those without evidence of prior infection, according to data published Monday from their late-stage vaccine trial. Murphy also discusses the new restrictions for New Jersey in order to lower transmission of the virus.
