E.U. to announce antitrust charges against Amazon Tuesday: Financial Times

The Financial Times reports that the European Commission will announce formal antitrust charges against Amazon Tuesday. The case focuses on the online retailer's dual role as both as a marketplace for third-party vendors and as a competitor that sells its own goods.
