J.P. Morgan's Lakos on his positive outlook: 'Value has room for catching up'
Dubravko Lakos, head of U.S. equity strategy and global quantitative research at J.P. Morgan, joins CNBC's "Halftime Report" to discuss how he views the market action and where investors should be focused right now. We've dealt with all kinds of risks over the last few years, and I think there's now room for a lot of these risks to subside, he adds, and for volatility to compress.
