This Covid-fighting robot is set to patrol Key West's airport

A Covid-fighting robot is set to patrol Key West's airport, and it uses ultraviolet UVC light to kill germs in the air and on surfaces, including the coronavirus. Key West International Airport in Florida is among the first airports in the U.S. to use a disinfection robot. "Passengers should know that, as they travel to Key West International Airport and utilize the facilities here, that we've made every effort possible against COVID to protect passengers' safety," Richard Strickland, director of airports for the Keys' Monroe County Airport, told Florida Keys News Bureau.
