Buffett: We are 'dashing the dreams' of thousands small businesses

The U.S. is in the process of dashing the dreams of tens of thousands of small business owners, says Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett. Buffett joined "Squawk Box" by phone to discuss the need for Congress to pass relief for small businesses during the pandemic.
